      This is an amazing company with wonderful employees. The people here are truly one of a kind and have huge hearts and a desire to help. The flexibility is great in allowing many employees to work from home.

      Cons

      The health benefits could be better.

      You can get in with a good team and block out the bad culture.

      Pros

      This is a great job that allows you to telework and they provide very comprehensive training before you go live and take calls from spouses. It’s also very rewarding to help spouses achieve their career and educational goals through apply for the scholarship.

      Cons

      Since it is telework you don’t have coworkers to help you. You can message coworkers but they may or may not get back to you. It’s also lonely at times being alone at home all day. You are also expected to work holidays and taking time off can be tricky.

We are proud to be able to offer our employees teleworking opportunities, and we are happy to see that you are enjoying your role at Zeiders. We encourage you to please consider reaching out to your manager in regards to team collaboration and engagement. Additionally, as a contracted support center we are open 365 days a year and we need to staff so that we are able to serve the military community and their families. We are happy to be able to provide floating holidays for those staff that do work holidays in support of our mission.
