I love my job and the mission I support!

Pros

High degree of autonomy, focus on client satisfaction and well-being is always supported and encouraged.

Cons

Must be comfortable creating your own customer base and client load. Daily reporting can be tedious-must account for every client interaction and minute worked. Support is limited as usually you are working as the sole Zeiders employee in your location.

Not A Quality of Life Organization

Company offers the opportunity to telework in support of some contracts.

Cons

Not the work-life balance organization they claim to be. Leadership is not held accountable and often abuse their power and harass employees versus live the values the company claims to uphold. Employees are not left with any recourse because the human resources department is pro company and not pro-ethical and fair business practices.
