      Pros

      Benefits and flexibility, training opportunities. Friendly staff, decent work spaces , equipment to use and regular feedback from contract supervisors. Excellent time off earned and rotating days off.

      Cons

      Contract employment, employment not guaranteed to continue. No much room to grow and advance career. Difficult to work on team with government ,guidelines not defined professionally and government staff are not accountable for unprofessional interactions with contract staff.

      The opportunity to telework is the biggest benefit. A company about values and high standards.

      Cons

      Very little outside of the box thinking. They talk about growth but don't always provide opportunities. Make your professional growth your own. Search for your own opportunities.
