      Pros

      Great atmosphere, teamwork, attitudes, energy, drive, excitement - and I feel that they compensate fairly. They are family oriented. They also promote from within which is really cool.

      Cons

      Not allowed to get overtime, but the work needs to get done so it can be stressful.

      Pros

      The Culture is unexplainable. From management down, we are always taken care of. Everyone is professional and understands that we have families. Not a common trait in the Auto Industry. The pay for us Sales Professionals is very generous and we don't have to work 70 hours a week. In other stores, new Sale Professionals are "thrown in the fire," Zeigler Auto Group offers many great training opportunities to new team members.

      I love it here, nothing bad to say.
