Pros

Been with the group for only a few years, they bought out our previous owners. Zeigler seems to really care about their employees and works to develop them. I've never seen so much employee recognition from an auto dealer in the past. Tons of other perks come with the job as well.

Cons

Like any other retail job, the hors can be long, but it comes with the territory.
