      Pros

      Zeigler offers many rewards and benefits that make you want to work hard to achieve new goals! I look forward to coming to work everyday because of the people that I work with and the customers I am able to help satisfy on getting them into a new vehicle

      Cons

      A couple of the cons that I have would be communication I feel like in some situations that I am in I don't know things and try to find things out whether I'm with a customer or without. I just want to learn things and be taught to be the best that I can be here at the dealership for my customers and my co-workers as well!

      So far, working for the Zeigler group has been extremely refreshing. Leadership seems truly interested in supporting the development of their people and I can see very clearly that the group truly cares about doing what is right by both staff AND customers. 10/10 recommend working for the Zeigler Automotive Group
