Pros

They empower their employees to make decisions for the best interest of the customer. No micro-managing. They have all the training needed to better your career in whichever path you take. In fact, they encourage personal growth. They believe that if their employees are happy the customers will be happy. They celebrate the WINS with providing all employee lunches. Just a genuine company to work for.

Cons

If I have to give a con it would be to change their vacation time; employees could earn more vacation days with years of service.
