Pros

Some of the pros of working at a Zeigler Dealership is how your co-workers feel like family and everybody you encounter is willing and motivated to helping you become the best that you can be.

Cons

The only con that comes across my mind is one that you will find in every work place, people who are unpleasant to work with, lucky Zeigler is good at sniffing those people out during the interview phase, but every now and again a few will come but good far out weighs the bad.

Having just transitioned through a buy-out process and now being a Zeigler employee, it has bee a whirlwind of changes and fantastic possibilities. Training opportunities are available to employees immediately. Management id respectful, helpful and make you feel valued. Excited to part of the team.

Cons

Going through a large amount of change in the workplace can be difficult, regardless of the outcome.
