Pros
This company really cares about work life balance! I work in Orland at Nissan as a parts driver. The flexibility and managers are amazing!! I love it here and this is the second job I’ve worked where I saw myself having a future aside of my degree.
Cons
It is a growing company so the pay isn’t competitive. However I do see that changing as the business grows. Health benefits are high!! Go private instead of buying theirs!
