Pros

Best part about working for Zeigler is the community and the people that surround around you and support you 100 percent is truthfully awesome. Great perks, Great Pay!!! A lot of good redemptions that Zeigler offers!!

Cons

I would say medical insurance benefits are a bit too high, Zeigler dealerships should have employee parking spots instead of parking on the side of the streets.

Zeigler Auto Group recently purchased our dealership. The culture here is incredible! Zeigler employees support, uplift and inspire one another. They promote growth and hire within. It's been a breath of fresh air since we have been under their ownership. I am proud to be a part of such a great company!

Cons

I have not encountered any downsides while working for Zeigler.

Great culture, both on the corporate level as well as at the management level. Regularly promotes from within and treats employees with dignity and respect. There's a reason they are a 3 time winner for the Best and Brightest Companies to Work for In the Nation in 2021!!!
