      Great culture, both on the corporate level as well as at the management level. Regularly promotes from within and treats employees with dignity and respect. There's a reason they are a 3 time winner for the Best and Brightest Companies to Work for In the Nation in 2021!!!

      Free lunch on Saturdays. Training through guest speakers. Opportunity to win free trips or a Rolex

      Long hours, want you to come in on days off , often working 9-9 or longer , very little room for growth , office politics
