Cons

Does not train you so you have to learn as you go. Also it’s hard to track your money because you don’t know what you made on a deal until the day of your pay day. Also you work long hours and most holidays

Last 10 years I was in sales and finance for a Nissan store in Chicago. Coming to work for Zeigler Nissan of Orland Park was the best thing I could have done. In the 2 months that I have been employed with Zeigler Nissan they have showed me why I'm even in the car business. They care about their staff, they want to see us succeed so they have in place free training.

Cons

They do not provide demo cars for employees. Not a bad thing because, most dealers do not offer them. We have employee pricing through the manufacturer on new vehicles.
