The Zeigler Auto group is a great company to work for. The believe in continuous growth and learning. They invest in their employees and strive to see them succeed and grow both personally and professionally. The Auto group is able to promote from within because of the way they develop their employees. I started with the Zeigler Auto Group with no experience in the industry 2 years ago and have been promoted from a sales consultant position.

Pros

The option for opportunity. I have been here for almost two years and have jumped around positions. It truly has been a blessing being able to figure out where I fit in best for myself and this company, I have loved all of the support along the way. I believe that receiving positive feedback and making sure employees feel important is a must. Zeigler's always gives credit where credit is due.

Cons

I feel as though some of our managers are stretched thin with managing more than one store, not only is it hard on them, but also hard on the employees under them.

I thought this was awesome. It keeps and eye on the all important environment in which we work. We must keep the area in which we play in everyday a fun and enjoyable and improving way of life. I appreciate Mike's team for bringing up the things we as Mangers can do to improve our work place. Thanks.

Cons

Absolutely none. It is a lost art that we as Managers must keep in touch with. It may not mean anything to us, however if we enjoy having awesome employees, then we must remember to make it a awesome experience for them.
