Pros

Potential sale earnings, and opportunity to network with some nice and some successful people of all fields. You get to meet some funny people working in the car business.

Cons

There is Sexism here at this dealership. As a woman sales employee i get looked passed evryday. I can't get straight answers, theres no eye contact, when im talking mid conversation i get walked off on like what ever im saying is not that important. I do not get treated the same. If i am working a deal there is not as much effort put in versus if a guy came to them with a deal. The men there get to walk in late, and call off when ever they want with no excuse or late night partying excuses, but when i need personal time off due to family problems ever so often they threatened my job security. Will text some thing they will not communicate in person. There is alot of gossiping for no reason, Very messy, and unorganized. Every sales man that starts working here gets offered a demo right off the back even when they donthave insuranced but when my ehilce needed to be fixed they wouldn't give me one at all and i travel a distance to come here every single day with the condition my car is in. They tell me im unprofessional if i have an issue with anything. They do not help me with or get leads as they do the men here. Very frustrating work environment!

Zeigler Auto Group takes the time to invest in their employees, so we can be successful not only at work, but also in our personal lives. They motivate, encourage and make you feel like a rock star. Positive work environment. You can do attitude is encouraged.

Cons

It is retail, so the hours can be long, but with a great work environment, the days are more manageable.
