      Pros

      The team that I work with is encouraging in both a work and personal life sense.

      Cons

      It would be nice to have paid sick days so people didn't feel the need to come in to work sick instead of using PTO because taking unpaid time off in this economy is not doable. Also, having tuition assistance/reimbursement come standard with benefits to help grow in our careers would be great.
