      Good people willing to work, but management failed.

      Cons

      Bad company management, the manager was very temperamental and would change rules out of anger. Bad compensation, every single salesman was in the draw even the top ones. Also there was poor employee and management retention, 3 used car managers and one service manager fired within 5 months. Tha place does not care about their employees as long as they’re making money.
