Pros

As a team, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction here at Zeigler Subaru of Ft Wayne. This task is often made easy because of fantastic leadership and fantastic policies and procedures. We have a great deal of fun but overall we are always focused. We have an amazing team chemistry. I love it!

Cons

As with any organization, there are gaps. However, very minor gaps and management does great at addressing these such things.
