Absolutely love the group! The team, peers to coworkers to culture, Zeigler gives me a reason to be happy and smiling coming to work!

Pros

The culture changed for the better after Zeigler Purchased our store. We are able to take care of customers without having to ask management permission.

Cons

It is hard to be included in time away from the job when there are guest speakers unless you work in the sales department. Time off work is not always welcomed even with PTO.
