We do give merit based raises and bonuses, your contract is simply in an extension period beyond the planned period of performance where there was no salary escalation. If ZelTech is awarded the contract in a few months there is a plan to initiate merit based raises across the team. If you have any specific questions or concerns please reach out to me as the Program Manager to discuss.
