Was well organized and did not micro-manage

Cons

You will either be an outcast or in the clique. Felt like high school. No way to move up. Only way to get a better position is via nepotism.

Parking was convenient as well as hours.

Cons

Corporate is vindictive. Retaliation methods are used by the VP of Operations. If she does not like you she will get rid of you. Zeman Homes frequently sells their properties. There is no growing with the company.
