      Zenith American Solutions encourages growth, collaboration, and learning. Zenith American Solutions also provides good benefits, tuition reimbursement and competitive pay. I enjoy working with my peers and learning about the industry.

      Pros

      My client and my coworkers. Wages and benefits are good for my area but could be better.

      Cons

      The company I hired into years ago was known for their amazing customer service. Newer upper management decisions over the past several years including implementation of "upgraded" software and programming without taking into consideration the people who actually have to use it has slowed productivity. There is always something "broken" & IT tickets are a nightmare to get completed. They are either ignored or take months to get resolved. Too many VPs, not enough staff. Long time GREAT employees have either left or are considering it.

      Telecommuting available for some positions. It's a job.

      Cons

      Handles employees unethically and without compassion. Laying off employees and eliminating positions despite client growth. High turnover in entry level and middle management positions. Terrible policies for expense reimbursement. Pays well below competitive market average salaries. Awful work/life balance. Well out of date technology.
