      Pros

      I think It was still better when I joined 6 years back. Had Helpful team mates.

      Cons

      Lots of changes in management. Lots of politics. Micro management. Old softwares and technology. They let go employees very frequently without giving them chance of improvements, very few training. Upper management is biased. Favoritism. No motivation recognition by management to retain employees.
