      Centrally located, Union paid benefits, 13 paid days off.

      Cons

      Low starting wage, The company trainer for over 25 year has been gone for over three months and no one has advanced despite job openings. You will not move up in 6 month as you will be told, the workload will increase and they will not reconsider the hourly wage which the CBA allows them to do. I had hoped this would be that forever job - Now, I just feel sad for the company. It is a very unhealthy business.
