      Pros

      My ops team was amazing, made some lifelong friends

      Cons

      There is absolutely no work life balance for management. Pay is abysmal for the amount of work and responsibility you are expected to shoulder. There is little to no support from executive leadership. You can scream from the rooftops that you are overwhelmed and no one hears you. There is absolutely no incentive to go above and beyond. Morale is non existent. The last year has been like a mass exodus for seasoned, valued, hard working staff.

      Pros

      No pros? But maybe for me, I was 10 minutes away but others had to drive over an hour.

      Cons

      Bad management, super low pay for the job you do, no support from CFO, clear favoritism, you have to self teach because no one knows the job… I could go on all day!
