      The benefits are decent, some great people to work with. Pay is decent

      Have to talk to people on the phone who are not always nice. Not much flexibility. Some lazy coworkers that just get away with it

      I can’t think of a single pro

      The Dallas office is a disaster. They're stuck in 1990 - nothing is paperless, the system is 30+ years old, and everything is very manual. Leadership loves to complain about how things are done, but refuses to implement changes suggested by the employees who actually do the work. They're also rude and condescending to the team on a regular basis. Morale is low because of the horrible "leaders", low pay, and toxic work environment.
