Pros

Best coworkers who do their best every day. Loyalty to the client is with the rank and file; senior management care only about the budget.

Cons

Dysfunctional work environment. Senior management treats employees like they don't know anything - just do what you are told. Expectations too high impossible to meet much less exceed. pay is low for expectations. Client Services is abusive and getting away with it.

Pros

Respected senior leadership and most middle leadership. The top leaders seem genuine and down to earth. Really great co workers who are dedicated to their clients and truly like working 'their clients'. Health plan is good, 401k match should be better, pay is average. I love that there is a mild political climate here. People get along for the most part and are nice to each other!

Cons

Staffed to lightly to do really A+ work. Pay and retirement plan should be better to compete in our market. Some front line supervisors seem not well trained or have a knack for leadership. Maybe they were good at processing but not people and got promoted.

I really don't have a reason to work here. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone to work or do business with. If you are a client look very closely. There are a few people that are nice to work with.

Cons

Horrible work environment. I feel for the clients they get horrible service daily. I haven't seen an improvement yet. It's sad to know, when participants ask about our service, I don't answer I just talk about something else.
