They had great benefits and better supervisors when I first started there in 2002.

Cons

Very low morale and they started hiring a bunch of "top" people that didn't know anything. They we all talk trying to make their money, when you had all the hard workers suffering. The members suffered in turn from the very low morale that was projected to everyone in the office.

Pros

Opportunity to gain lots of experience, a guarantee hire if you are liked you will survive. Peers are pleasant. 401K, PTO.

Cons

Pay is well below cost of living, benefits are extremely high with no opt-out . Some employees still qualify for public assistance. People are in the wrong roles. A lot of gossip start from superiors. The management team is filled with talkers who couldn't deliver without their designated right hands.
