- convenient work office location - lots of turnover so if you don't like your coworkers, wait a week

Cons

- no one accepts any responsibility for their mistakes. Stuff rolls downhill so cross your fingers that you're not the lowest on the totem pole.

My immediate boss. She's very knowledgeable and supportive but unfortunately that's where it ends as she too is not given support by those above her

Cons

*Too many accounts given to one person to manage-especially high profile accounts *No real leadership *HR sugar coats everything - even the turn over *CEO says pay & benefits are comparable to industry standards but that is not true! *ELT members who are responsible for claims and the process have zero understanding of life cycle *Direction from ELT is changing from day to day with no time allowed to see original direction through to finish
