Some of the people there were very nice. The actual trainer was awesome. The salary they offered was below what I asked for but acceptable.

Cons

The manager was the worst person I have ever worked for, except my direct supervisor who knew absolutely nothing. Do not ever work for this company!

Good work environment. Most offices are union shops.

Cons

Zenith did a great deal of restructuring a couple of years ago. Most managers are now located in different offices. For example, my manager works in a branch office 150 miles away. I have never met her and have only spoken to her once. She is the 4th manager I have had in the past 12 months (I have been here over 25 years). It is impossible to correct poor employee behavior when a manager cannot see firsthand what is going on....and, worse, my manager doesn't even care!
