Great people, none of the typical cutthroat mentality for the most part. You'll get assigned to a few good clients, usually one major household name. Tons of ways to get involved with ERGs and mentorship, leadership genuinely wants visibility in lower ranks.

Cons

Can still be a favoritism game, have to put yourself out there to get promoted, which is fair for the industry but feels tough.
