Pros
The work environment is great. The management team is transparent and accessible with all employees. I am given opportunities for training and growth. I get to do things here I would never get to do in larger companies. My manager listens, which is not as common as it should be. The culture is better than any place I've worked before. Feels like we're all in this together to make good things happen.
Cons
Inter-departmental communication could be better. This is a fast-paced environment, so not for people who are just earning a paycheck.
