      No pros, as Zensar does not have enough development projects, still hires people & after 45 days of bench, it simply throws them out. So basically hire & fire policy!

      Cons

      hire & fire policy. you will be kicked out of the company after 45 days of joining if you don't get project. worst management. ruins career. force to go to remote locations or countries, if you reject you are fired!
