the peoples who are joining freshers get early exposure to face the client so the associates become smart in client handling.

Cons

the training facility of zensar technologies is not upto the mark when compared to peers. People joining here sholud have the capability to learn on their own.

No Work. Full Time Pass. Even if you will try to learn some thing new, manager wont allow you. Will give you un neccesary work.

Cons

Appraisal are bad. Manager eats your whole share. HR policies are worst. You will ask HR f2f , they will lie, you will drop a mail, they will never reply.
