Pros

Collaborating n encouraging senior management, wonderful campus area , nice ambiance, freedom in job . A fantastic team of Management Council Senior Members that take care of overall health of the company. Regarding CSR, this company walks the talk !

Cons

internal politics of mid-level-managers that at times becomes the proverbial bane.

Pros

Not much work pressure Nice campus Friendly HR team Company is doing well in bad economic condition, which is really good I think job security is much better here

Cons

I dont think they have good projects In many of the cases the offered salary may be too less, but depends, you can bargain well and can get a much better salary
