Pros

Opportunity to gain knowledge and work with some of the best technical minds. Good campus except IT tower. May get an opportunity to go onsite early.

Cons

Retrenchment very likely in case on the bench. Very "marathi type" crowd around. HR acts like they own the company. Do no expect any support.
