      The employees and the management are better compared to companies of similar size. Does provide opportunities to competent employees Reaching out to the management is simple

      Cons

      The HR support function is non responsive . The management policies are poorly articulated leaving a lot to one's imagination & hence cause confusion when implemented.

      Good flexibility in choosing projects, some onsite opportunities, good opportunities to learn and grow initially. Work life balance varies from project to project but isn't generally bad across. Perks are usually decent but never over the top.
