Working at Zensar is an opportunity to learn and develop our skills. Zensar management is supportive and provides good guidance. Zensar policy is flexible for leaves and project allocation. Zensar work-life balance is good and has the option to choose work from home. We are getting benefits like PF and insurance. Zensar has a peaceful work environment and there is no excess work pressure or weekend work.

Cons

Zensar can give gifts to employees on special occasions.
