Zenuity has been and still is a really good workplace. In my day-to-day activities I get to explore bleeding edge technology, work close to the product management and I feel empowered by my team. Zenuity has chosen to only adapt hierarchy in the product model. This ensures that everyone who is working close to the product are allowed to reach out and ask questions.
Cons
In some cases it is hard to grasp what portfolios Zenuity have offered and are expected to deliver due to the massive size of the company and the deliverables.
