Great company that's taking its first steps

Pros

- great room to learn and engage - group leaders that carry the spirit of agile (most of them) - nice colleagues (and low average age) - agile work environment - good pay - good overall spirit

Cons

- lacking people (young company, not yet a full pit-orchestra) - lacking processes (to some degree)

Pros

Interesting and growing area with endless challenges and interesting technology. A company that really can put things to the market with the heritage from Volvo Cars and Autoliv (Veoneer). Strong team focus and responsibility in the development team. Great office space in Gothenburg Sweden. Good possibilities to learn new things and take new responsibilities.

Cons

Still a young company that is building up routines, organisation structure and does not have all supporting structure up and running. Sometimes the cons from the "big" company is there in regards to speed in decisions and salary revision.

Fun projects; flexible working enviorement; good collaboration among teams; cool colleagues and managers; great atmosphere and working conditions; awesome work/life balance; perfect location within Gothenburg

Cons

Not long enought at the company to see any real problems. So far so good!
