Close to my home. Not an open space. Nice kitchen. Family environment. Comfortable hours and / or working from home.

Cons

Old offices. Too many managers. Ineffective training systems. Too many meetings. Lacking tangible goals. Guided by old development princples. Relic - uses old technologies like bugzilla. Massive and massy, source code. Too flexible with working hours which makes it harder to work as a team.
