Good workmates at many sites

Cons

Management make bad decisions and then blame frontline workers when traffic goes in the toilet. HR will ignore you or say whatever they think you want to hear but make no useful change. Layoffs around every corner. Editorial teams have little control over what gets advertised or pushed on their sites, so sponsored content takes over and alienates longtime readers, slowly killing the audience that keeps the sites alive. Management shut down sites and shuffle teams around without giving staff any say.
