Ziff Davis values autonomy and diversity more than any company I’ve previously worked for. They are intentional with their hiring and most teams consist of people who have been with the company 10+ years. Leadership is dialed in and engaged, pay is well above industry standards, and they continue to acquire new businesses and grow. The best part…this is a company that actually values work-life balance!

Some of the people who I worked with are excellent.

Cons

Strong disconnect between upper management and employees. Feelings of uncertainty for the company's future and one's own future in the company. Poor compensation with no room for advancement.
