Pros
It was a good package for freshers when I joined. Good pace to learn & people around you will be friendly.
Cons
Now the payscale has changes and management doesn't seem stable for some decisions. Work load is high & night shifts are common. But you will be compared for promotions with a 10-7 normal shift employee. Better deny shifts as you can only get few extra pennies & more health issues. Remember you will be working the entire night without flexible breaks at times as that would be a support project
