      Pros

      You will enjoy while you work. People are that friendly. You are allowed to grow at your own pace. Located at heart of the city. Less travel time.

      Cons

      No work life balance. They expect you to work for long hours. But it's upto you to manage your time efficiently.

      Pros

      There are lots of opportunities to learn new things. The teams puts us in a mock-project learning environment before we work on live projects since all activities in Healthcare are critical (especially when you are working with live patient data). The team is flexible about timings, breaks as long as you get your work done within the committed timeline. Overall, I believe there is a good team "Zifo family" feel in the work space.

      Cons

      Size. Since Zifo is in the centre of the city, the real estate of two-wheeler and four-wheeler parking is limited. The nearest parking space is a 5 minute walk away.
