Nice people in a market that doesn't need a new solution.

Pros

Genuine thoughtful people working hard to make a strong product. They work hard at culture and seem to put some thought into making their company a tight knit group.

Cons

This is a competitive crowded established market with little growth and established competitors who own marketshare. In my experience there was not a compelling reason for most prospects to eliminate an established relationship for this limited point solution. Mandatory fun is not fun.

It was a much better place at some point.

Cons

Many great employees are no longer with the company. You have a CEO who is not open to differing viewpoints and at times exhibits discriminatory practice. You'll do great if you are a white man who talks like a salesman (look at the hiring trend). Taking the company into a different direction may have short-term benefits. Long-term is yet to be seen.

Pros

Great people, Friendly and intelligent management, Fun activities, Great product fun to sell, flexible hours, free food, great benefits, highly competitive salary, great work-life balance, easy commute. I only left because my old employer made me an offer I couldn't refuse.

Cons

The product doesn't fit for everyone (Yet), but they have as many or close to as many engineers as they do Sales People. The product improves every month. It is much better than the competition.
