Great company culture that is very inclusive.

Cons

Partner Support works on holidays and they do not get a floating holiday to make up for it. It should be standard that if you work a holiday, such as Memorial Day, you should get a floating holiday. For a company that offers unlimited vacation for upper management, it is very stingy with the amount of time off hourly workers get.
