- Great team culture - Supportive managers for career growth - AI first - Depending on team and org - amazing work life balance.

Cons

- No clear direction with AI just work on it constantly. - too much focus on engineering metrics that make you want to game the system and not actually work towards faster processes - CONSTANT org changes - If you get a good team and a great manager, you're set - nosediving stock

Culture has been influenced by AWS hires. Very political and back stabbing. Many people are secretly unhappy and want out.
