      Pros

      Large company experience.

      Cons

      Very depressing place to work. Continuous cuts and no respect for employees. No mentoring and it was difficult to get approval for training/education. Most HR paperwork including Gallup meant to check a box for management. Full of careerists at the director level that are mentally gone but stay for the LTI program.

      Pros

      The culture. I was able to knock on the president's door and talk, sometimes without an appointment. Best group of people ever. Lots of BBQs, bowling outings, movies, happy hours after work, and holiday parties. Smaller company and I got to work in all aspects of engineering. Sometimes working on the shop floor and sometimes with marketing taking calls from doctors.

      Cons

      A little disorganized with all the new management and some of the employee growth stuff wasn't well organized, but they'll get there one day. Not happy with salary. Didn't move much from when I started.
