      Pros

      Many of the coworkers were very pleasant to work with but they are not happy working there. The most common response was "you will work hard but you will earn your pay".

      Cons

      Vacation time is not competitive for a company of this size. There is little to do in Warsaw. This is not a place to work if you want to learn. Management places blame on employees for their failure to appropriately provide direction, document processes and complete due diligence to ensure processes have oversight. This problem is not just within one department but can be attributed to tremendous understaffing and. I would keep looking if you receive an offer. Even those who hire and work there don't like working there.

      Pros

      Coworkers are very nice. The pay is actually pretty good and the benefits are a lot better than most places I know of.

      Cons

      Upper management is some of the worst I have ever seen. There is a horribly ridiculous attitude at Zimmer where management makes mistakes, doesn't take responsibility, and then has other people fix the mistakes while taking all of the credit. No loyalty. No integrity. Company morale is horrible across many departments.

      Cons

      Size and diversity led to lack of focus on a number of marginal businesses, and fuzzy strategies. May be difficult for some players to understand how their role contributes to overall success of company.
