      Pros

      Great place to work, benefits are fair compared to low level companies (could be better). Good 401K Plan, good working ambience and the backup of a large corporation that offers more security than other companies.

      Cons

      Lack of opportunity for growth, no in-house training. Employees are not treated as people, just number machines. Opinions and input are ignored frequently and managers fail to give proper credit / recognition to employees when deserved. Some discrimination based on race, education and position.

      Pros

      Awesome views, campus, and people that are not Senior Level Management.

      Cons

      Once again mid level management is treated as if they are of no value. Lead the teams of worker bees but slam us on performance. When in reality sales are strong, on time delivery is in the high 90th percentile, and Op Com is getting their bonuses and money.
